I had a very comfortable stay at Cesar's Plaza. The location was perfect, just a block away from the market and main square. The hotel's design was tasteful and the rooms were extremely comfortable, complete with amenities like an LED TV and air conditioner. The bathroom even had a tub, which is a nice touch. The restaurant served delicious food at a reasonable price, and I highly recommend trying the Bolivian wines they offer. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast provided was sufficient to start the day. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel for a pleasant and convenient experience.

I had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the heart of the city was absolutely perfect. Being right beside the beautiful Plaza, I had easy access to everything I needed, from delicious food options to exploring the local area. The staff here were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I especially want to thank the man on reception who offered to go to the pharmacy for us when my partner fell ill in the middle of the night. Such excellent service!
